RAGT Argentina, one of our subsidiaries, is recruiting its Sales Manager m/f based at Buenos Aires.



Votre mission :

Reporting to the RAGT Argentina Managing Director, the SALES MANAGER will be responsible for :
- Setting up and implementing the commercial policy in coordination with the Managing Director
- Leading our commercial development in Argentina by taking advantage of our multi species portfolio and expand the business by investigating all growth opportunities
- Establishing new and developing existing customer relationships
- Maximizing the earning potential of the entire portfolio with a strong focus on hybrid crops at present including Sunflower & Sorghum
- A creative marketing approach aiming at supporting our sales
- Portfolio management to ensure competitiveness and product positioning
- In the same time directly involved in sales
- Reporting on market trends & needs, competition, product performance and direct customer feedback
- Representing RAGT at key agricultural events, plus internal and external open days
- Working in conjunction with the Managing Director on all aspects related to commercial strategy, budget process & production planning



Votre profil :

- Strong background from the seed sector with a minimum of 10 years experience
- High degree in agriculture or trade
- Good understanding of the Argentinean distribution network
- Business and results orientated with positive experiences
- Strong negotiation skills with record of achievements / Team player
- Management skills and potentially able to take additionalmanagement responsibilities
- High level of motivation with strong convincing power
- Ready to take initiatives and to look for creativity
- Excellent communication skills coupled with good social skills and an outgoing personality
- Analytic skills
- Ready to travel across the country
- Fluent in Spanish and English (French will be a plus)
