coordination, animation and monitoring of straw cereal research programs (soft wheat, durum wheat, barley, oats, triticale, hybrids, etc.) under the responsibility of the General Director:

- management of one of the largest straw cereal research activities in the world

- definition and implementation of strategic choices for varietal creation

- development and monitoring of budgets and CAPEX of the activity

- coordination and supervision of Breeders and research teams of all species concerned

- participation in the research steering committee

- representation of the company to the inter-professional sector and public research

- specialized higher education in plant improvement with significant experience in selection, project management and management

- knowledge of molecular and genomic tools and their potential for use in selection

- Mastery of computers

- fluent English required and French desired

- frequent travel in Europe
